Land of the Lost- Theme Song
From Sid and Marty Krofft comes the Saturday morning
favorite "Land of the Lost. It told the tale of the Marshall family; Rick
(Spenser Milligan) the dad, Will (Wesley Eure) the son and Holly (Kathy
Coleman) the pig tailed daughter. During a camping trip in the great
outdoors, an earthquake sends their little raft plummeting down a huge
waterfall into a land that time forgot. They found themselves in a world
filled with dinosaurs, giant insect men (yeah, you know, the Sleestaks), and
prehistoric ape creatures (Chaka the little monkey boy). The series charmed
and fascinated a generation of kids and the show still has a strong online
cult following. A new series was created in the early 90's but failed to
capture the spirit of the original. |
